Liability Waiver
I hereby acknowledge the existence of the inherent risks associated with my or my child’s participation in training such as martial arts classes and hereby agree to assume all risks. Although Kingdom Martial Arts uses all possible risk management techniques, injury is possible. I hereby agree to relieve Kingdom Martial Arts, LLC and Tuscan Properties, LLC, the school, its management, staff and fellow students from liability resulting from bodily injury, virus, illness, or loss of personal belongings. I agree that I or my child will not attend classes if they appear sick or injured or unable to participate safely in classes. I hereby state that myself or my child is physically fit to take the prescribed course of instruction upon my own free will. I acknowledge there is no refund policy for any services rendered.
